Every time our political morons talk about fining taxpayer funded organisations, the senior managers and chief executives suffer spasms of orgasmic joy because they know no matter who does what to contribute to the failure of the moronic political plan, IT IS THE TAXPAYER WHO WILL PAY THE FINE. We REALLY need to start making those people who break the rules pay the fines and any compensation ordered. ONLY THEN WILL WE SEE TAXPAYER FUNDED SENIOR MANAGERS AND CHIEF EXECUTIVES PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT GOES ON IN THEIR ORGANISATIONS.
