A change on priority for sentencing.
Why is it that a man who enters a cinema and records a film (yes 700,000 people download it), gets prosecuted to 33 months in prison.

Yet a man who rapes boys over 4 years and records them with a covert camera gets 32 months making 350,000 images?

This cannot be right. Both are crimes, but which one causes the most pain to young children.
