Additional Information

The government to take action on the prohibiting of local authorities from using ticket machines, for parking charges, that do not give change or make no provision for pro rata allocation of additional parking time for excess payments. The contract to park to which the consumer must agree is unfair. There must be few, if any situations, where a consumer would agree to buy goods or services where the seller would not give back the difference between the asking price and money tendered.
