rUK referendum on any Scottish post-yes vote settlement

Additional Information

In the event of a Yes vote by Scotland's voters in their referendum on independence that the people of the remaining UK be given the opportunity to vote in a binding referendum on any settlement negotiated with the Scottish Government because of the significant constitutional changes that will be brought about for the remaining UK.
