This petition is proposed to recommend in the strongest possible terms an independent public inquiry into the professional conduct of renowned oncologist Dr Gary Nicolin, The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, and Hampshire Constabulary, all with reference to their unlawful arrest of Mr & Mrs King and the obscene treatment thereof.
