I've Made This Petition To See If I can Make The Theory Test Fair! I think anyone Who Was Driving Before 1996 Should One Because It's Unfair That They Only Had To Do there Lessons And Test to get there licence but us Are was not driving before 1996 have to do a pointless test what ain't easy. I think they should make all drivers who have been driving before 1996 do there therory or get rid off it. It took my sister 3 times to pass and my partner 5 times and at £31 each test. They say it's for safety we'll get the people who have never done one to do one. Please sign if you agree Thanks Tony.
