Punitive conditions for Scotland to leave the Union
In the event that Scotland votes for separation from the UK and in response to no currency union with the rUK the Scottish Government defaults of its portion of national debt, 1, that ownership of North sea oil and gas remain with the rUK until the debt and the cost of relocating the RN units in Faslane is recovered.
Also that any future development of the possible oilfields in the approaches to the river Clyde be shared equally between the rUK and an independent Scotland and that both these restrictions should run at least until 2035.
