Petition Action

In the event of a Yes vote in Scotland all UK voters should be asked in a referendum if they agree to the terms for change in the Union.

Additional Information

The aim of this petition is to ensure that all voters in the UK have extended to them the right to take part in a referendum on any terms put forward by the Government that will result in changes to the Act of Union and the future structure of the UK. If the people living in Scotland can choose to leave the Union then all the voters in the UK by the same logic should be able to decide if they agree with the terms proposed as they will have implications for their future and that of their children.
