London Independence

Additional Information

Due to the major disparity between London and the rest of the UK. London should have full Independence from the rest of England/UK as seen in Hong Hong/Singapore allowing the rest of the England/UK to correctly distribute resources throughout the rest of England/UK and not just London. A similar referendum as for Scottish Independence should be conducted.
