Ban notting hill carnival
Stabbings, robberies, GBH, abh, thefts and pure dis respect for the laws of the land.
Residents have to board up windows, watch people urinate and have sex in front gardens, or leave for the weekend.
Police just get abused and injured.
The cost to public is ridiculas
