Remove judicial immunity for acts of incompetence

Additional Information

The media reports regularly on cases where apparently incompetent decisions are made by judicial representatives that results in the exposure of the general public to risks of injury or death yet the judge responsible cannot be held accountable for their perverse decisions. In those extreme cases of incompetence, the current immunity protection provided to the judiciary should be removed and they should be subject to dismissal proceedings.
