I surgest that the public has the ability to choose where the tax from their pay goes via a selection process yearly, ie the individual can select if it goes to health, Social Benefits, charitys etc. I surgest that the goverment take a selected amount form the tax and national insurance payemnts for this process thus meaning that the goverment have the ability to control the high importance areas that tax money needs to go but also giving the public to join in on the decisions of public spending.
