Ex PATS should be given the right to vote in Scottish Referendum
People like me who were born in Scotland that currently live outside Scotland should be given the right to vote in the Scottish Referendum.
It cannot be reasonable for example that a student from outside of Scotland studying at University in Scotland should have a right to vote on such an important matter and I am not given that right.
