Tax rebate for the remainder of UK if Scotland goes Independent

Additional Information

If Scotland votes yes to independence, I believe the remainder of the tax payers in the UK would be entitled to a tax rebate, or at least future lower taxes as we would not have to pay for Scotland's share of the transportation network upkeep, benefits, pensions, armed forces, etc.
