Relax the school admission cut off date 31 August and make parents decide for their child to start year early or year late.

Make last week of August and first week of September flexible parents choice.
My daughter is born 2nd September and she is ready to start nursery but she was refused nursery place because she is not the right age yet, because she would have to go 2 years in nursery before she reaches the right age for reception. I have read that tweens born one on the 31st Aug before midnight and one born after midnight 1st Sept were separated at school because of this cut off date which is not human.
My daughter is very mature and forward for her age and she will benefit grately from starting school now.
