In the event of a Yes vote in Scotland all costs should be born by the new country
That all infra structure resources should be re-allocated on a per population basis to include, oil, ship building, land taxes, buildings, crown assets, That the pound is withdrawn. That all constitutional changes costs should be born by the new country immediately.
