English, Welsh and Scottish referendum on the likley deal with Scotland

Additional Information

It may be likley that Scotland becomes independent. At that point they have devolved thier interest in the UK and a negotiation then starts. This e pettion is to request a referendum for the rest of the UK to agree the deal done by the UK and Scotland, that means that there is no UK tax pounds spent north of the border, that all assets are bought south. in other words no subsidy or assitance should be provided at the date of independence. That Scotland should take resposibility for it 2 million expats in all aspects of social welfare.
