Scotland - additional powers - England, Wales and Northern should be allowed to vote
If Scotland decides to remain in the Union it is planned to give them even more devolved or extended powers. In order for this to be fair to the other members of the Union the UK Government must allow all the electorate to decide whether this is acceptable. Or they must give consideration to devolving and extending similar powers to the other Union countries to ensure equal and just power is spread through the UK and not simply to 'he who shouts loudest'
