Make planning Christmas parties in September illegal
I propose that parliament should pass an act to make planning office Christmas parties in September illegal. Anyone convicted under the act, should receive a minimum sentence of being fitted with headphones playing Cliff Richard mistletoe and wine on a constant loop until Dec 25th! Furthermore, a control order known as an Xmasbo, should be awarded for life, barring the offender from, mentioning, discussing or planning for Christmas in any month other than December. All electronic devices must be registered witn GCHQ to enforce aforesaid restrictions. Failure to comply with the restrictions would result in a barring order from any Xmas parrty and the award of a lump of coal!
