Additional devolved powers for Scotland
Scotland already has an unfair advantage over the rest of the UK in terms of voting arrangements ( Lothian Question), public spending, education, health and level of grant aid per capita. This petition seeks to make clear to the Government and all other political parties that granting additional devolved powers (Devo-max) to Scotland as a reward for voting 'No' in the Independence referendum is not acceptable to the rest of the UK.
