Say no to charging for garden waste collections

Additional Information

Durham county council begin charging for garden waste collections from 2015 £20 a year per waste bin, this is appalling as that is one of the public services payed for by council tax, which also provides them with free fertiliser. This will only lead to fly tipping, misuse of others bins & theft of marked 'subscribed' bins.
Another unfair tax on the working class, don't let it happen
