Allow all other UK residents aged 16 and over to vote on the referendum on Scottish independence.
The voters that are permitted to vote in the upcoming Scottish referendum only make up 1/6 of the total effected population.
I want the referendum to be opened up to ALL UK residents over the age of 16 as they will also be effected, not just the Scottish.
