In the event of a yes vote in the upcoming referedum, when it goes horribly wrong for Scotland, should they ask to come back into the union, they should only be allowed to rejoin on the following conditions. 1/ a full fair and free referendum held asking the rest of the union if they want them back. 2/ the conditions for their return should be far less favourable than present in terms of a/ proportion of public spending. b/ there should be no devolved Scottish parliament,
