ordinary voters to sit on MP's pay body

Additional Information

I want at least half of the body that sets MP's pay and expenses level to be ordinary voters. Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) should reflect ordinary peoples views, yes this may mean it is no longer 'independent' but at least it will be more democratic.
