Compulsory planning for supermarkets.and government buildings nationally

Make it a compulsory planning issue that all future plans for new supermarkets must include solar roof panels,installed at supermarkets expense.to be pumped into the national grid.plus a requirement for existing supermarket buildings to be upgraded over a fixed period of time.this would create an ongoing source of electricity.plus all government buildings nationwide and all local council buildings should be utilized to follow suit.if all electricity generated was put into the national grid it would benefit everyone nationally.and save having to have solar farms that take up valuable grazing and arable land.
