End sexism in music industry videos
End the endemic sexism in music videos
I urge politicians to call for change by industry leaders and media regulators to counter the portrayals of women and people of colour in videos by implementing the following:
1. Compulsory age ratings for all music videos.
2. For those working in the music industy to listen to the views of young women, including especially young black women, and commit to eradicating sexism and racism from their work.
3. The introduction of sex and relationships education, dealing with consent and equality, and media literacy, to be taught in all schools.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Sorry, this is too broad.
Please re-submit 1) to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, and 3) to the Department for Education.
2) has got nothing to do with the Government but is an issue for the music industry to address.
