This is a petition in order to make illegal the practice of body modifications on a person who does not have the capacity to make that decision.

This means any of the following;

An individual who does not understand what is being asked of them.
An individual who cannot retain this information.
They cannot weigh up the decision.
They cannot communicate this information.

A person must make an informed decision free from external influence before consenting. Another person cannot do this on their behalf.
