Ban the public playing on bagpipes in England
To ban the public playing of bagpipes in England. They are universally unpopular and people only put up with them to be nice to our Scottish neighbours. But with Scotland moving away from England, either within or outside the UK, the time has come for the discordant racket not to be inflicted on the long-suffering English any longer.
