More funding for care of the elderly both in care homes and hospitals

Additional Information

More funding for the elderly both in hospitals and care homes and make it illegal for care home owners to say they don't want someone back just because their needs have increased following a hospital admission. Have a systematic approach to re assess needs every time there is a change. More and more funding for care of the elderly wards to have more nursing staff to assist every patient adequately and safely. The number of nurses per patient is unacceptable for the care of the elderly wards.
