inspect local authorities against requirements of Children and Families Bill, 2014
We urge the Government to inspect local authorities duties as prescribed by the Children's and Families Bill, 2014 and detailed within the SEN Code of Practice 2014.
in particular in relation to;
*provision of local offer
*provision of information advice and support service
*parent carer forum
*involvement and engagement of private voluntary and independent advice information and support services
