Dog dna database and license to combat dog fouling
I would like for all Dog owners to have to Have a license for keeping a dog of any size which they have to pay for and as part of this license they have to provide a DNA sample for a doggy DNA database which can be used to check the DNA of dog poop in the streets and send the fine direct to owner
