We, the people of the UK demand that David Cameron rescinds his promise of funding Scotland under the Barnett Formula
In order to maintain a healthy and positive relationship between the rest of the UK and Scotland should it decide to remain within the UK, it is only fair and non-discriminatory that Scotland's spending is allocated according to the amount the country actually needs rather than based on population size which costs the rest of the UK £4.5 billion in available public funding.
We, the UK people (barring the Scottish public) feel this to be unfairly biased towards disadvantaging those peoples of England and Wales who due to Government austerity measures are already being stripped of upwards social mobility, secure employment prospects, much needed public services, welfare benefits and realistically priced higher education opportunities.
