Ban Video Interviewing
Please continue your commitment to equality and diversity in the workforce and ban companies from using video interviewing in the hiring process.
Video interviewing is being lauded as a new and innovative hiring tool but it allows employers to discriminate against those of us already struggling to find work because we do not meet society's definition of beautiful.
Please help stop discrimination and ban video interviewing - thank you!
