Should Scotland be given more of our Money via "Devolution Max" Give the UK, (excluding Scotland) a Vote
The English Welsh and Northern Irish should be given a say over Scotland being given more of our money in return for a No Vote in the Independence Referendum.
This should be a matter for the rest of the UK to decide
