I want the Government to pass an equivalent Act to the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Act of 1996 passed by Bill Clinton in The US. This will allow suppliers in the food chain to pass on surplus food to the starving without liability.This will prevent supermarkets destroying and binning tonnes of food daily.
