Changes to Smoking law

Additional Information

It is currently legal to smoke at 16 years old but you can not purchase any smoking materials until 18 years old so these two laws contridict each other as whoever is selling you or buying you cigarettes is breaking the law.
Therefore, I believe the age to buy cigarettes should be lowered to 16 years old or the legal age to smoke should be 18 years old.
