Reducing obesity

Additional Information

I would like to petition the government to investigate the starvation response that is built into our genes and which is the reason why people put back on all the weight they lose on a diet. I would like the government to accept that the overweight problem is their responsibility. People can lose weight but they cannot stop the weight returning. They need help.
