Petition Action

UK National Unity Day

Additional Information

We request that September 19th each year will be from now on United Kingdom Day - a day to celebrate the union of our four great nations - a union which was nearly lost on this day in 2014 but has endured. We request the government to make it a public holiday across the UK for us to remember what unites us and to respect the people of the other nations in the UK and celebrate all that the UK stands for.
