Independence for England

Additional Information

Since devolution of powers has been promised to Scotland it is now urgent that the citizens of England have their own control over Finance and NHS. I propose that England have a referendum on actual 'Independance' from the other countries that make up the UK. THE GOVERNMENT should schedule a vote in a period not to exceed one year.
