Reduce the salaries of Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish constituency MPs commensurate with their reduced responsibilities because of devolution.
MPs who have no involvement in matters in their own constituencies which MPs in England have responsibility over (eg Health, Education) cannot possibly be described as earning their pay. Salary and other financial benefits which accrue to MPs such as tax free allowances and their expenses scam should be greatly reduced for constituency MPs in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Throughout the planet people who are doing less work than other people get paid less. THAT MUST BE THE CASE WITH THESE PEOPLE, ALSO.
