Rename Bank of England
As the referendum showed, the Bank of England is the reserve bank of the UK. We, the undersigned, believe its name should be changed to a new name, for instance the UK Reserve Bank.
Changing its name might fly in the face of tradition, but it is not just the central bank of England.
