Brian Cox (actor), forfeit CBE.
To forfeit the Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) awarded to the actor Brian Cox.
Mr Cox is unsuitable to hold the CBE award. The CBE is awarded to British nationals or anyone who has made a significant acheivement for the United Kingdom. Mr Cox's prominent support for Scottish independence is contrary to the interests of the United Kingdom, and has brought the British honours system into disrepute.
