Ban the public from using larsen traps

Additional Information

The general public have no use for these traps, but they use them. Birds are not killed humanly and birds of prey are also trapped and killed using these traps. The government must take action to make it a criminal offence for members of the public to be in possesion and using these traps.
Birds are already under increasing pressure from land owners and development.
