Grant England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland independence within the United Kingdom so that should future referenda be used to clarify the wishes of the people then the question should be one of 'do you wish to see x secede from the UK?' and not one of 'do you wish x to be an independent country?' since all the home nations are de facto independent countries already and not subject nations.
