Create a Social Housing Home Exchange website

Additional Information

I want the government to set up a national website that actively facilitates social housing home swaps.

The currently available websites are privately owned and range from, at best, mediocre to those that are dire because they are difficult to navigate or search, providing only a list of adverts, None adequately facilitate multi home swaps.
