English votes for English laws
We, the undersigned, insist upon:
English only votes in Westminster, and MPs of constituencies outside England not to vote, on English matters that would fall within devolved powers if related to any other country within the UK.
Revision of the Barnett Formula.
No taxation without equal representation.
