Give Scotland the powers they were promised in voting to stay as part of the UK
Scotland voted to stay as part of the UK. It is time that the government/parliment give Scotland the powers they were promised. Do not backtrack on your promises. Scotland first and then powers to other regions of England that are not part of London and the South East.
