Bring back the regulation repealed by Tony Blair that aid did not have to be spent on British companies.

Additional Information

In 1997, Tony Blair repealed the regulation that aid had to be spent with british companies. All others countries aid is spent on their own companies yet the UK subsidises other countries manufacturers. The UK government is supposed to be supporting british industry but are you willing to live up to the claim.
