Raise minimum wage for under 18 year olds

Additional Information

As a part time worker under the age of 18 I do the same work as most people of every age in my work place yet earn considerably less than them. Is it fair that I am doing no less than a 23 year old but get paid nearly £3 less per hour?
On top of balancing post 16 education and trying to save up for the crippling costs of university.
