Let magistrates' courts be legal courts of law.

Additional Information

"The magistrates' court is not a court of record and therefore there are no [official] reports of your appearances in court.", to quote Her Majesty's Court Service in Manchester's Court Manager Graham Rutherford's letter to me of Sept 9th 2008, referenced: GR/YOE.
This means that all evidence may be ignored; since only the JP's whim has power, assisted by a legal expert.
This is illegal, as it denies to both parties our human right to a fair trial, @ which evidence matters; and it forces defeated parties to appeal to a court where evidence is vital; with a salaried judge and, perhaps, a jury.
This massively increases costs, delays due process of law, and creates very large distress. It probably doesn't amuse most JPs much, neither; nor criminal lawyers & judges.
So, Please insist that magistrates' courts officially record all evidence given there. Thank you.
